Responsibilities:
- Basic line cook duties - morning breakfast
- Prepare and cook meals according to the menu and recipes provided
- Ensure that food is prepared in a timely manner and meets quality standards
- Enforce clean and organized work areas
- Prepare food within safety and sanitation regulations -safe serve
Skills:
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Proven experience as a Cook/prep in a professional kitchen
- Knowledge/talent in food preparation techniques and culinary trends
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
Please note that bartending skills are not required for this position.
